Martin Endicott
Martin focuses his practice on international dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on international investment law and arbitration. He has advised on the litigation, arbitration and mediation of high-value international disputes in a range of industry sectors (including arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA and ICSID Rules).

Martin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). Before joining Appleton & Associates, he practised as a barrister at a London chambers, in the international arbitration group at a major international law firm, and as a lawyer at the World Bank. He also served as a Judicial Assistant to Lord Woolf, then Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, and at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.

He has given presentations and published several articles on international investment law and arbitration.
